🔹Ms. Rukchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE 11), presided over the Monthly Staff Meeting for November 2025 (Meeting No. 11/2025). The meeting was attended by division directors, section heads, and staff members, with the objective of reporting progress and monitoring the implementation of the agency’s key missions on a continuous basis.

The main agenda items included:

• Monitoring the implementation of the operational plan and budget utilization for Fiscal Year 2026

• Reporting progress of operations from each division and section

• Enhancing cybersecurity operations

• Selection of topics for the 2026 Knowledge Management (KM) Contest

• Guidelines for disseminating academic outputs for the six-month reporting period

• Criteria for the 2026 Performance Evaluation

The meeting aimed to enhance management efficiency and drive the agency’s missions in alignment with the strategic goals of the Office of Agricultural Economics (OAE).
