🔹 Ms. Ratchanok Tuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE 11), presided over the January 2026 monthly staff meeting (Meeting No. 1/2026). The meeting was attended by division directors, section chiefs, and staff members. Its purpose was to report progress and closely monitor the implementation of ongoing missions. The key agenda items included:
Monitoring the implementation of the operational plan and budget disbursement for Fiscal Year 2026
Reporting work progress of each division/section
Knowledge sharing on cybersecurity awareness
Monitoring the progress of the agency development promotion project for 2026
Following up on performance results based on key performance indicators (KPIs) under the performance agreement for 2026
Appointment of MR (Market Reporter) for agricultural products and guidelines for data preparation
Guidelines for hiring individual service contractors in compliance with the Public Procurement and Supplies Administration Act, B.E. 2569 (2026)
🔹 The meeting aimed to enhance management efficiency and drive the agency’s missions in alignment with the goals of the Office of Agricultural Economics.
📍 The meeting was held at the conference room of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11.
