📝 Ms. Ratchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE RO11), chaired the April 2026 monthly staff meeting. The meeting aimed to supervise, monitor, and drive the agency’s operations in alignment with established goals in an efficient manner.
🎯 Key agenda items included reports on major operational outcomes, such as the fiscal year 2026 budget disbursement performance, a summary of energy consumption for March 2026, and a cybersecurity awareness session to strengthen staff understanding and ensure safe work practices.
🔹 In addition, the meeting reviewed and monitored progress under the fiscal year 2026 action plan across all divisions, including the General Administration Division, Agricultural Information Division, Agricultural Economic Zone Development Planning Division, and the Research and Evaluation Division. Updates were also provided on key projects at the bureau/center/division levels, as well as performance evaluations based on official performance agreement indicators.
🔹 The meeting reflected OAE RO11’s strong commitment to systematic, transparent, and efficient organizational management, while fostering collaboration among all personnel to effectively advance agricultural economic missions with tangible results.
🔹 Furthermore, guidelines and preparations were set for the next monthly meeting to ensure continuity of operations and maximize benefits for the organization and the agricultural sector as a whole.
