On October 23, 2023, Ms. Rakchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11, assigned Mr. Theeraphon Phonphak, Policy and Plan Analyst, Senior Professional Level, Acting Director of OAE Region 11, together with officials and staff of the office, to participate in the wreath-laying ceremony in commemoration of King Chulalongkorn Memorial Day, to pay tribute and express profound remembrance of the royal benevolence of His Majesty King Chulalongkorn (King Rama V).

The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Chamnarn Chuenta, Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, with the participation of heads of government agencies, as well as representatives from the public and private sectors. The event took place at the King Rama V Monument, located at the former Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Hall.
