Ms. Rakchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE Zone 11), together with personnel from the office, participated in a wreath-laying ceremony to pay tribute and commemorate the benevolence of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great on the occasion of Father of Royal Rainmaking Day 2025.

The ceremony was presided over by Acting Sub-Lieutenant Korakot Prasertwong, Deputy Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province, and was attended by representatives from various organizations.
