🔹 Miss Rukchanok Tuywieng, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 11 (OAE 11), assigned Miss. Phennapha Witthayarak Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level. along with OAE R11 staff, to participate in the merit-making and alms-offering ceremony dedicated to His Majesty the King at the plaza in front of the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Auditorium. They also attended the wreath-laying ceremony to pay homage at the Ubon Ratchathani Provincial Auditorium. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Narong Thepsena, Governor of Ubon Ratchathani Province.

Heads of government agencies, representatives from various organizations, the private sector, and the general public also joined the ceremonies in full force. The gatherings served to demonstrate loyalty and to commemorate the profound royal benevolence that His Majesty has bestowed upon the people of Thailand.
