Phennapha Witthayarak Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level. to attend the meeting to discuss the promotion of the Integrated Agricultural Development Project of Ubon Ratchathani Province. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Navin Pongkan, Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer of Ubon Ratchathani.
