🔹นางสาวภิรมศรี บุญทน รักษาราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ 11 มอบหมายให้นางสาวเพ็ญนภา วิทยารักษ์ นักวิเคราะห์นโบายและแผนชำนาญการ เข้าร่วมพิธีโครงการจัดงาน Kick off การมอบโฉนดต้นไม้และมอบโฉนดต้นยางพารา พร้อมกันทั่วประเทศ เพื่อเป็นหลักประกันสินเชื่อ ยกระดับศักยภาพของเกษตรกรและสถาบันเกษตรกรให้เข้มแข็ง สามารถเข้าถึงแหล่งเงินทุน และสร้างมูลค่าให้กับเกษตร

🔹 Miss. Piromsri Boonthon, Acting Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 11 Ubon Ratchathani (OAE 11), assigned Miss. Phennapha Witthayarak Plan and Policy Analyst, Professional Level. to participate in the kick-off ceremony for the nationwide distribution of tree title deeds and rubber tree title deeds. This initiative serves as loan collateral to enhance the capacity of farmers and agricultural institutions, enabling them to access financial resources and add value to agriculture.
