Ms. Rakchanok Tuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE 11), assigned Mr. Teerapol Phonphak, Senior Policy and Planning Analyst, to attend the 6th Meeting of the Provincial Agricultural Steering Committee and the District-Level Agricultural Working Group for the year B.E. 2568. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Worachet Chao Nuea, Yasothon Provincial Agriculture and Cooperatives Officer.
The key agenda items included:
• Preparation of the Provincial Action Plan on Agriculture and Cooperatives for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569 (2026)
• A progress report on agricultural residue management in Yasothon Province, in line with measures to reduce open burning in agricultural areas, including a summary of discussions with the private sector
• Consideration of the selection of target groups for the Village-Level Agricultural Development Project toward High-Value Agricultural Production for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569
• Consideration of changes to the target groups under the Promotion and Development of Bio-Agricultural Products (Herbal Products) Project for Fiscal Year B.E. 2569
