⏰On Monday, June 29, 2026, at 3:30 PM, Ms. 🔹Rakchanok Thuywiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11, along with staff from OAE Region 11, participated in a 5S activity at the workplace. This aimed to create a workplace management process focused on creating a good environment, cleanliness, orderliness, and safety. The basic principles of 5S are as follows:
✅ Sorting (Seiri): Separate necessary items from unnecessary ones and eliminate or discard unnecessary items.
✅ Setting in Order (Seiton): Arrange necessary items in an orderly manner for easy and quick access.
✅ Cleaning (Seiso): Sweep, wipe, and clean the area, equipment, and tools to be clean and free from dust and dirt.
✅ Standardizing (Seiketsu): Maintain the standards of practices 1, 2, and 3 to a high standard at all times.
✅ Sustaining (Shitsuke): Train personnel to practice the rules and regulations correctly until it becomes a habit, without needing constant reminders.
