The Office of Agricultural Economics Zone 11 (OAE Zone 11) recently conducted an organizational health and wellness activity titled “Body Healthy and Buddy Teamwork” for the 2026 fiscal year. The session was led by Ms. Rakchanok Tuiwiang, Director of the Regional Office of Agricultural Economics 11 (OAE 11), with the active participation of all staff members.
The initiative aims to cultivate professional ethics, enhance quality of life, and strengthen organizational commitment and a service-oriented mindset among personnel. This program is an integral part of the Departmental Development Promotion Project (covering Offices, Centers, Divisions, and OAE Zones 1-12).
Specifically, the activity aligns with Category 7, Clause 7.2: OAE Organizational Culture “BALANCE.” For this implementation, the office focused on the letter “B,” representing “Body Healthy and Buddy Teamwork,” to promote physical well-being and foster a collaborative team spirit within the workplace.
