📌 OAE RO11 Holds July 2026 Monthly Staff Meeting to Review Performance and Drive Organizational Goals Efficiently

Miss Rukchanok Thuiwiang, Director of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 11 (OAE RO11), chaired the 7th Monthly Staff Meeting of Fiscal Year 2026 to review the progress of the agency’s operational plan for Fiscal Year 2026. During the meeting, she provided policy guidance, supervision, and directions to accelerate the implementation of key activities, ensuring that all divisions achieve their assigned targets and performance indicators effectively.
The meeting acknowledged the agency’s budget disbursement performance, energy consumption, and initiatives to strengthen cybersecurity awareness. These efforts aim to enhance staff awareness of digital threats and promote the appropriate and secure use of information technology.
In addition, each division reported on the progress of its key responsibilities, including the preparation of agricultural economic information to support agricultural commodity management, the Sustainable Agriculture Development Project, provincial agricultural economic forecasts and outlook, agricultural economic research, monitoring and evaluation of major projects, and the tracking of key performance indicators and strategic initiatives. These activities are intended to ensure that operations remain on schedule, effectively support the policies of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives and the Office of Agricultural Economics, and deliver transparent, efficient, and beneficial outcomes for farmers and the public within the agency’s area of responsibility.
The monthly meeting serves as an important mechanism for monitoring operational progress, strengthening collaboration among all divisions, and driving OAE RO11’s agricultural economic missions toward achieving the organization’s strategic objectives in a tangible and effective manner.
